Background:
Adnan Muhammad Al Sayigh was transferred from Guantanamo Bay to Saudi Arabia on Friday 19th May 2006, along with 14 other Saudi nationals. It was said that each case would be investigated and if necessary the men would be tried and sentenced if appropriate. They will remain in detention in Saudi Arabia in the meanwhile.
