Khalid is a British citizen originating from Libya. He is currently detained in Lynton Green prison having pled guilty under duress to ‘criminal damage and affray’ by allegedly knocking his own gas pipe and complaining that a police person was verbally abusive to him.

Salih S. is 28 years old and was extradited on the 13^th July 2010 by Turkey to Germany on assertions that he was involved in terrorism and with a group alleged to have plotted an attack against a US target.

Similarly to Detainee W, Mouloud Sihali had been acquitted in the ‘Ricin’ case.

Algerian citizen Detainee Z came to the UK in order to study for a Masters degree in Engineering.

G is disabled as a result of suffering polio as a child.

D was arrested in 2001 and T in 2005.

Detainee I is an Algerian national, married with one child.

These are Algerian men.

The 45 year old was sentenced to life imprisonment (in his absence) for alleged terrorist attacks dating back to 1998.
