Yesterday they and their families were shocked to hear Theresa May’s announcement that changes would now be made to the extradition laws to enable British courts to decide whether a person should stand trial here or abroad.

How is it that within the space of two weeks, a British citizen with Asperger's accused of computer related activity is not extradited, while two other British citizens, one with Asperger's, engaged in computer related activity are extradited. Is this as has been asserted a case of double standards or even worse blatant racism?
