The whole family is being punished for Munir Farooqi’s recent conviction. His son harris Farooqi was acquitted in the same trial and lives in the family house. Whatever Munir farooqi’s offences, is it fair that an innocent family should pay for it?

Save The Family House

British people say no to collective punishment

The whole family is being punished for Munir Farooqi’s recent conviction. His son Harris Farooqi was acquitted in the same trial and lives in the family house. Whatever Munir Farooqi’s offences, is it fair that an innocent family should pay for it?

The police intend to make an application to the court to seize the Farooqi family home. This will mean three generations of the family, including two young children (one of whom is just a baby) now face the outrageous prospect of having the family home unjustly taken from them.

The Farooqi family is completely innocent. This level of injustice should not be allowed to happen in a democratic society. We, the british people, do not believe in collective punishment!!

The Farooqi family are appealing to the community to uphold british values of justice and help them keep their family home. Please extend a hand of kindness and help the family in desperate need of your support. Sign the petition and attend the public meeting

Save the family home: innocent families: defend right to family life: support justice

SUPPORT US - Fill out the Petition

1. We fully support the members of the Farooqi family which includes 5 adults and 2 young children (one of whom is just a baby), in their right to continue to live in their family home. They are completely innocent of any crime.

2. Following Munir Farooqi's convicitons for terrorism offences, which we understand he will be appealing, 3 generations of the family now face the prospect of losing their family home, where they all have lived for a number of years.

3. We are absolutely outraged that the Police would consider destroying family life of innocent people.

4. The Police Service certainly does not have our support, in our opnion the action could lead to the eviction of innocent people from their family home is in all the circumstances inhumane and makes no sense at all. This will damage Police and community relations.
