'هيومن رايتس ووتش': يجب التحقيق مع بوش وغيره من كبار المسؤولين بإدارته بتهمة التعذيب
قالت 'هيومن رايتس ووتش' في تقرير أصدرته إن هناك أدلة قوية على تورط إدارة بوش في التعذيب، بما يُلزم الرئيس باراك أوباما بالأمر بتحقيق جنائي في مزاعم الإساءة للمحتجزين، التي صرّح بها الرئيس السابق جورج دبليو بوش وغيره من كبار مسؤولي إدارته
