He’s not allowed to pray and threatened 'to be sent to Chechnya'

What is happening with the Chechen refugee Emilkhan Sadayev is absolutely unprecedented case for Sweden.

Swedish authorities, in fact, arranged a kind of personal concentration camp for Sadayev.

According to a source of KC, Sadayev is held completely naked in solitary confinement (exactly in the solitary confinement, and not in the chamber).

His lawyer is not allowed to him. Moreover, the Swedish authorities have banned to give any information on the situation with Sadayev or about his whereabouts.

At the request of Sadayev to give him clothes to at least to pray, the warders refused.

In desperation Emilkhan Sadayev even caused himself injuries, and for a second day is on a hunger strike.

In response, the police threatened him "sending right to Chechnya" if he not stops the hunger strike.

On February 2 at noon, he was to be deported to Russia, but at the moment when Sadayev taken out of deportation prison, he managed to open his veins and he was taken to the hospital.

Swedish authorities do not give any explanation. In fact, Sadayev is kept in a secret prison like a secret CIA prisons for the prisoners of al-Qaeda.

For what some reason the Swedish authorities treat Sadayev like a prisoner of al-Qaeda is not clear, since the whole case of the Chechen refugee is absolutely transparent.

The lawyer of Chechen refugee said that he's shocked with the actions of the authorities of Sweden and therefore he intends to sue the authorities of the country.

A few days ago, the lawyer made a request to the UNHCR office in Azerbaijan. From there given the documents confirming the refugee status of Ruslan Atkayev (Emilkhan Sadayev), but this supporting evidence, the Swedish authorities are simply not included in the case.

Meanwhile a protest action took place in Helsinki in front of the Embassy of Sweden. Protesters demanded the Swedish authorities to immediately stop the deportation procedure and release Emilkhan Sadayev.
