يمثل عبد الرحيم الناشري، المتهم بتفجير البارجة الأمريكية، "كول" باليمن، الأربعاء، أمام محكمة عسكرية بقاعدة غوانتانامو بعد تسعة أعوام من السجن دون محاكمة و12 عاماً من حادثة التفجير التي استهدفت السفينة الحربية أثناء تواجدها بميناء عدن باليمن عام 2000
محكمة أمريكية لا يمكنها اطلاق سراح متهم بتفجير كول حتى في حالة تبرئته
قال الادعاء العسكري الامريكي في وثائق قضائية نشرت يوم الاربعاء ان محكمة جرائم الحرب الامريكية التي ستحاكم المخطط المزعوم لهجوم فتاك استهدف سفينة حربية أمريكية ليس من سلطتها الافراج عنه في حالة تبرئته
تأجيل الاستماع للمتهم بتفجير «كول» بغوانتانامو إلى 9 نوفمبر
بعد أقل من يومين على إعلان السلطات الأميركية عن تحديد موعد عقد جلسة استماع مبدئية للمتهم بتفجير السفينة الحربية «كول»، أمام لجنة عسكرية في قاعدة غوانتانامو، أواخر الشهر الحالي، عادت وزارة الدفاع «البنتاغون» لتعلن عن تأجيل الجلسة لأسبوعين آخرين
